We recommend at least 14 days' notice for any changes or cancellations, giving us time to manage our schedule. Cancellations 7 - 13 days before your event may incur a partial fee; under 7 days, bookings are non-refundable given the dedicated setup and staffing involved.

We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks ahead, especially for weekend and peak-season dates.
